Mo Willems, the author of Don´t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, is doing an artist residency and since lockdown publishes a short lunch hour video. He´s a very interesting illustrator and might inspire you. If you take his tips and produce some comics, zines, illustrations, be sure to send them to me, I´d love to see them.

This is the video. I´m looking foward to reading all the stories and poems you are still working on!!! Remember the fundamental things we have been talking about: 1. NO CONFLICT, NO STORY. Find the problem! 2. MAKE THE CHARACTERS INTERESTING. Even if it´s just giving them a name. More on this in the video! A lot of the things we learned with poetry, like describing things, using repetition, choosing interesting-sounding words... are good for writing stories too.
